Something Is Deeply Wrong

Look around. The evidence is everywhere. Men are struggling — and not because they are weak. But because no one ever taught them how to be strong.

Overstressed & Under-Resourced

Men are carrying enormous pressure — in their work, their relationships, their families — with no real outlet and no real support.

Trying to Do It Alone

We were taught to isolate, to numb, to push through. So men check out — from their relationships, their purpose, themselves.

No Map for Manhood

Absent or emotionally unavailable fathers left a generation of men without a model for what healthy, integrated masculinity actually looks like.

Not Enough Good Leaders

There are men who feel the call to lead — but without the tools, the training, and the container, that calling goes unanswered.

"Men that are strong and healthy create
strong and healthy societies."

The answer to a world of struggling men isn't criticism. It isn't sitting on the sidelines. It's building more equipped, conscious, grounded male leaders — men who know themselves deeply and can hold space for others to do the same. That is precisely what this training is designed to do.

A Letter from the Founder

Why I Built This Training

I want to start by telling you where I came from, because it matters.

I was lost. Like a prince who didn't know where his kingdom was or how to operate it. I had this immaturity guiding my decisions, and it meant I was living reactively — shaped by external circumstances rather than by any real internal compass. I wasn't steering my own life. I was just responding to whatever was happening around me.

Men's work changed that. Not in one moment, but through many. Moments where I was seen and heard. Moments where I was challenged on where I was falling short. Moments where I received real support from other men. Slowly, those moments stacked up. I developed an internal compass. I learned what it meant to actually lead my own life instead of just being dragged along by it.

And over the past five years, hosting men's groups, I've watched this transformation happen again and again. But I've also seen the other side of the coin.

I've noticed that men are overstressed and under-resourced. We don't have good places to go with our internal dialogue, our external stress, our relational complexities. So we isolate. We numb with addictions. We check out of our relationships. We do anything but take full responsibility for our own lives.

The truth is, most men aren't failing because they're weak. They're failing because they're trying to do it alone. And that's just not how we're built to operate.

There's an old saying: if you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together. But sayings are just words until you feel them in action. When you actually experience what it's like to be in a circle of conscious men calling you forward — that's when you understand. You can go so much farther. In your relationships. In your work. In your health. In everything.

I realized something a few years ago: I could run a men's group of maybe ten or twenty guys. But with other trained leaders stepping up alongside me, the exponential growth is real. We've built Good Man Friends to over a hundred members worldwide. Different perspectives. Different leadership. Coverage for my blind spots. That wouldn't have been possible if I'd tried to do it alone.

And that's why I'm creating this training.

I've worked with men who have the calling to lead, and I've learned what it actually takes. It's not just one thing — it's a combination. You need drive. You need to feel called to step into bigger shoes and lead. But you also need humility. Real humility. The kind where you check your ego at the door and show up in service, not in ego. When you have both? That's when you become the man others can look up to. That's when you actually make a difference.

I'm inviting you to step into that role. Not just for six months, but as a way of life. This isn't a program you finish and move on from. It's an entry into a life of continued growth, continued learning, continued support from a community of men committed to calling each other forward.

I'm still learning on this path. Every day. And so will you. But you won't be learning alone.

If you've been looking for something that speaks to you — even if you didn't know exactly what you were looking for — this might be it. If you're ready to find your internal compass, to step into real leadership, to be the man your family and community can trust and look up to — then I'm inviting you in.

Let's build this together.

— Braedy Founder, Men's Adventure Retreats & Good Man Friends

This Training Is For You If…

  • You are a man in your 30s or 40s who has already done some degree of inner work — therapy, men's groups, personal development — and you're ready to go deeper and bring others with you.
  • You feel the call to lead, but you want to do it with integrity — not from ego or performance, but from genuine service and grounded presence.
  • You want to find your purpose and live it every single day — not just know it intellectually, but embody it fully.
  • You want to be the man your family relies on, your friends look to, and your community trusts.
  • You are impact-driven. You know that if more men healed, the world would be a fundamentally different place — and you want to be part of making that happen.
  • You are ready for a real commitment — not a weekend workshop, but a six-month deep immersion that will challenge and transform you.
  • You want to build a life of overflow — so supported and so resourced that you have genuine abundance to give to those around you.

This Is Not For You If…

  • You are brand new to men's work and have done no personal development work
  • You are looking for a quick certification with no real inner transformation
  • You want to lead from ego or status rather than from genuine service
  • You are not ready to be challenged, called out, and held to a higher standard

Why This Training Stands Apart

There are very few men's work facilitator trainings in the world. None of them offer what this does.

🧠

Neuroscience Meets Ancient Wisdom

Braedy is a nervous system specialist and clinical breathwork practitioner. This training bridges modern Western neuroscience with ancient Eastern yogic philosophy — tools that work at the deepest level of human experience.

🔥

Proven at Scale

This isn't theory. Five years of running men's groups and building Good Man Friends to over 100 members worldwide by training other leaders. You are learning a system that is already working.

⚖️

The Drive & Humility Framework

Most leaders fail because they lean too far one way. All drive and no humility burns you out. All humility and no drive makes you a pushover. This training builds both — leaders who are powerful and in service.

🏔️

Real-World Facilitation Experience

You don't just learn facilitation — you practise it. Attend real men's group meetings through Good Man Friends and facilitate in person alongside Braedy at a Men's Adventure Retreat before you graduate.

🌐

A Community for Life

Graduates are integrated into the Men's Adventure Retreats community. You'll be encouraged to start your own men's group with continued support, accountability, and brotherhood around you for life.

👑

A Path to Real Leadership

Graduates who demonstrate high skill and integrity will be personally invited to step into leadership roles within Men's Adventure Retreats — supporting future retreats, containers, and community events.

What You Walk Away With

This isn't just a training. It's a transformation in how you show up — for yourself, your family, and the world.

Inner Confidence

Not the performance of confidence — the real kind. Rooted in deep self-knowledge, genuine inner work, and the lived experience of being challenged and rising.

Facilitation Skills

The tools and frameworks to hold space for other men at the deepest levels — grief, rage, shame, purpose. You'll know how to guide a group through anything.

A Brotherhood

A circle of men who have been through the fire with you. Men who know you, call you forward, and hold you accountable — for life, not just for six months.

Purpose & Direction

Clarity on who you are, what you stand for, and how you want to show up in the world. You stop reacting to life and start leading it.

Nervous System Mastery

An understanding of how trauma, stress, and emotion live in the body — and how to regulate yourself and others using breathwork and somatic tools.

A Life of Overflow

So supported, so resourced, so grounded that you naturally become a source of strength for those around you — in your family, your community, and beyond.
